We truly enjoyed our visit to Breckenridge where we stayed at Winterpoint 22. This condo was fantastic with room for one car, a floor with a large, new kitchen and spacious TV area. The two bedroom were up one level so privacy was great. The adults could stay up and watch TV and socialize while the children went to bed upstair and were away from the noise. One bedroom had a queen and bunk bed which slept our family of four very easily. The walk to the Snowflake lift was reasonable and allowed for easy access to the mountain early in the ski day. Overall we loved Winterpoint 22 and would absolutely stay there again!!
This townhome provided ample space for six adults and was located perfectly between the slopes and town. We never needed a car. The kitchen has everything you would need and the bedrooms are good sized. I would stay there again.
The home was clean, extremely well equipped and very comfortable. The location is great, close to the snowflake lift, 4 oâ€™clock run and the bus route. Beds were comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. I have used VisitBreck.com for our accommodations on our last two visits and will use them again in the future. Thanks for a great time.
This unit is lovely. The living area and bedrooms are very spacious. The location is perfect for walking to town and the pool. Wonderful hiking trails are only a short drive. We so hope to be able to return next year.

The property is in a very convenient location for walking to the slopes & into town . The home is cosy enough & very well laid out & the heated garage to store all your gear in ,was very welcome, although don't expect to be able to fit an SUV in it. Unfortunately we experienced a lot of technical problems during our stay...the gas fireplace , which was the main heating source for the living area did not work for the majority of the week & when the Visit Breck guys were kind enough to bring over space heaters , they tripped the electrics so then the TV & lights didn't work , & this happened a couple of times ! The Visit Breck staff were always very helpful & attentive in fixing the problems as soon as they could ,but ideally we shouldn't have experienced them in the first place !
location,location when visiting Breckenridge whether to ski or in the summer, this is the place to stay. A quick 2 minute walk can get you to the bus stop (buses run every 15 minutes in the winter) and then a 4 minute ride drops you off at the base of peak 9, you can ski home to the condo on the 4 o'clock run, take your skis off, cross the road and you are on the driveway of the condo. Walking to town is very easy and quick, so you do not have to worry about parking issues. The heated garage can get you to your favorite run on a snowy morning for first tracks, if you chose to go to the local ski areas. The condo has been recently remodeled, with up to date appliances, beds, furniture and TV's. There is a cozy gas fire place in the living room to keep you warm in the winter. The owner has instructions on how to use the amenities with an excellent TV guide with WIFI easy to log onto. A big pool, hot tube with showers and changing rooms are an easy 3 minute walk away. The unit is very quiet, there is no one living above you.
We rented this townhouse for a week of skiing and were very pleased overall. The photos are accurate. The unit looks like it has been recently refurbished, especially the kitchen. Good wifi and full size washer/dryer. The gas fireplace in the living room is connected to the thermostat so it shuts off automatically but you can crank up the thermostat to keep it on. It’s a townhouse with no one above or below so we never heard neighbors, most of whom looked like owner/families. There’s no traffic noise. There are 2 bedrooms on the top floor each with a bathroom and a sofa bed in the living room, so the unit would be good for 1 family or 2 small families. VisitBreck was friendly and efficient and had good communication before and during the rental. The unit is located toward the middle of the Winterpoint complex which is at the intersection of Four O’Clock Road and Primrose Path. You can walk to downtown and the shared pool complex but with our car in the garage in the unit, we just drove everywhere. We always found a space on Main St., maybe because it was past peak season. The garage is a bit narrow and although it fit a full size sedan, a large SUV would be tight. You can walk to the Snowflake Lift (~150 yards?) with your ski gear but it’s a bit uphill and could be tough with small kids. And we found it too far to walk to Beaver Run or Peak 9. So we took the free shuttle that stops on Four O’Clock Rd every 10 minutes (Green and Yellow lines). Then it’s one stop to the Snowflake or you can stay on for the short ride to Beaver Run and Peak 9. You can even look online to see where the buses are realtime. To get home, ski down the trail that runs along Four O’Clock Rd and walk across the street. Downsides? We found the living area a bit dark, but there are plenty of lamps in the living room. Also it’s a townhouse so there are several steps to each level, which can be a challenge if you have altitude sickness for the first few days as we did. Finally, an outdoor grill would have been nice. None of these were major issues and we enjoyed our stay.
We had an awesome time at this unit in early June. The pictures online accurately showed the unit, which we really enjoyed. The kitchen was fully stocked with all kinds of pots, pans and any type of cooking utensil you could want. I inquired ahead of time and was even provided an electric grill to use on the deck (charcoal grills are prohibited by the homeowners association). We even had a couple of fox pay us a visit on the deck one evening! There are quite a few steps to the 2 bedrooms located on the top floor, so if you are just getting used to the altitude, you may get quite winded. We did have a small issue with the wireless internet router needing to be reset and it was corrected quickly. Additionally, we purchased some tickets to an event that were electronic, and the management office kindly allowed me to print off the tickets, which was most appreciated! We enjoyed Breckenridge and the nearby town of Frisco, as well as white water rafting, biking on the Vail Pass trails and even a stop at the Country Boy Mine to pan for gold! We would not hesitate to stay in the unit again.
Unit was clean and nicely furnished. We found the kitchen well stocked with the usual condiments. Plenty of tableware, glasses, and accessories. Overall the place worked wel. When we had some minor issues Pinnacle came quickly and with a smile. Professional, knowledgable and friendly. This place was within walking distance of town. This was important and we enjoyed the proximity
We spent a week in this lovely townhome! Every detail had been carefully thought out: comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, recliners in front of a flatscreen, plush towels in the bathrooms, enough beach towels for all, and attached garage. Plus it was only a couple short blocks to the center of town. Everyday had a different adventure: two days in a row we saw moose on our hikes: one at Rainbow Lake in Frisco, and three on our Peak 8 hike. There was a low-flying tanker over the Swan Mountain scenic overlook - breathtaking. We had a special dinner at The Dedge - highly recommend. Lunch at The Flip Side - best burgers. And lunch in Frisco at the Butterhorn! We've been coming to Summit County for 25 years. Last fall they started charging to park in downtown Brec. It was great to be so close to downtown and not have to find a place to park. Two recommendations: get an auto shut off coffee maker. We have one at home and it took a couple mornings of forgetting to remember to shut off. And it would be awesome to have a garage door opener we could use from the car. Thank you for everything.

Overall it was a very nice place and was clean and setup nicely, close to all the restaurants and to the ski slopes. The only con was trying to get into the area for the hot tub as they did not provide a scan card to get in and had to wait for some to go in.
Rent your skis at snowflake lift. Easy walk and free storage every night. Book online in asdvan xxx e for best deal. Uber is expensive. Town is short walk...but uphill coming home. Bus system is free. Have fun. We enjoyed the property.
