Very roomy interior. Huge couch in the living area was awesome. The TV's could use updating, as they are pretty small, but all were in great working order. Access to the snowflake lift and to town were excellent. If you are from the south, bring your own tea pitcher, as there isn't one that we could find. Property has full size washer and dyer, which was very nice with a family of five. Would definitely recommend this property.
Really great spot. 5 min walk to the lift/ gear rental office. 4 o clock run drops you off across the street from the unit. Hot tubs were nice too. Main Street is about 10 min walk so no need to ever drive. Management company very responsive. Rooms had humidifiers which was nice touch given how dry it is vs where we live.
Our family of 4 had a great time staying in Winterpoint 20! Wood fires at night, good movies, lots of room to spread out. The boys loved the separate bedroom with the bunk bed, laundry machines right off the kitchen. And yes, we timed the walk to town. From the back door to Fatty's Bar is 6 minutes 15 seconds. The snowflake chair is less than 3 minutes! My son got first chair everyday that week! Met some real nice people at the pool from Scotland, Australia and Switzerland. Having the attached heated garage was extremely convenient too, you can drop the ski gear just inside the door and head upstairs for dinner, and items in the car are always in reach no matter the weather. Plus being able to ski down the 4 Oclock run right to the condo was great for lunch everyday, the boys just came back and ate whenever they wanted. Five stars for this stay. Recommended for: Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
The entire experience was fantastic...The condo is perfect for a weekend or week in Breck. Way more space than I thought! I will stay here again!!!
It was great, clean and everything worked as expected.
A very short stroll to the 'village' ski area and a mere wander to everything else Breckenridge has to offer. A well appointed condo with everything you might want. Loved the good sized kitchen with everything we needed .. and of course the laundry! The check in was super simple .. As was check out.
A short walk to the lifts and you can ski in, just don't miss the turn off or you'll end up almost on main street. Comfortable beds, good value for 2 bedroom/6 beds, not including a pull out couch. I would stay here again. Private heated garage is nice.
Accommodations were comfortable and clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the rest and relaxation after a long day of skiing.
At the Winterpoint townhomes you get real space - a lounge which is not one of the bedrooms, a separate kitchen / diner, two large bedrooms with en-suite facilities - much more comfortable than the European apartments. The distance to the Snowflake lift and 4 o'clock run was

We were so happy with our condo - we won't stay in a hotel again!!! You will be the first call we make if we come to Colorado again and we will definitely recommend you to our friends and family.
