The unit was updated and very clean & a great location but space is am issue. There is basically no closet space as there is a small rod in the master bath (cannot use the3 floor space as it was crowded with baskets, blankets, etc.) and the guest closet was packed with fans, duvets, vacuums, cleaning supplies, etc. Also there is zero pantry or shelving for groceries - there is a whole wall in the kitchen where shelves could be hung for food, a place to put gloves, keys, etc. The "supplies" could have been doubled like the soaps/shampoos/conditioners - each bathroom had a ONE ounce soap, shampoo, conditioner (for a bathroom shared by two) so if you have traveled you cannot both clean up without a trip to the store. A small stash of coffee filters would be nice to since the coffee maker requires a filter. The entry way could also use a shelf or some solution for shoes and a place to put things when you come in - there were great coat hangers but shoes/boots/skis/gloves/gear had no place. And having to return the plastic key cards to the office dropbox when trying to get to an early flight seems unnecessary - when the keys could be left in the unit and picked up by the staff or cleaning crew - it just makes for a non seamless departure

This condo was everything we hoped for and made our trip so much more enjoyable. Nicely decorated, but, very comfortable and inviting. Super comfy beds and all the amenities. Was in walking distance to great restaraunts and shopping. We did not ski, but, the ski lifts were right behind the building...very convenient. Will definitely stay here again. You responded Even if you are not skiing, the home is in an amazing location to walk right downtown on Main Street! Plenty of good restaurants to try, and shops just within walking distance! We hope to see you again soon!
Such a lovely condo to rent! We took advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to cook breakfast and the beautiful dining room table for family meals and games. Living room and both bedrooms have great TVs and easy to use remotes with great cable, Netflix and WiFi! This condo walking distance so many restaurants and shops. Newly remodeled and nicely decorated. Easy checkin and checkout. We will be back!
Great condo... updated and very clean! Parking was an issue (had to walk a mile from satellite lot at 1am upon checkin). Unit itself was perfect... great location!
We loved this place. It was pristine. Everything new. I would suggest more hooks for ski clothing and bathroom hanging. Also there is a nice breakfast counter and no stools. The dead bolt seemed inadequate. The bathroom door in the master is beautiful but noisy and doesn’t seal when you want to keep warmth inside. We would definitely consider this place again. We loved that there were no old centerpieces and old silk plants like several other places we have stayed in the Village
The best location in Breckenridge is getting better. Just steps from the lifts on Peak 9 and historic Main Street our unit is undergoing a complete renovation. Complete with new kitchen cabinets, appliances and countertops it will make any cook feel right at home. The living an dining room will be centered with a beautiful new stone fireplace. This plus the new carpet and furnishings and stunning dining room table will create a comfortable space for the entire family. Bedroom furnishings have been completely updated and new mattresses have been added as well. All new carpeting completes the space. Both bathrooms have been completely renovated with new countertops, fixtures and cabinets including a brand new spa like shower in the master, complete with stunning rain head shower. We hope that you enjoy these premium renovations and that take your stay to that next level. Our goal is for you to return year after year to what will become your favorite accommodations in Breck!!

UNIT AMENITIES – This ideally located condo has two bedrooms and two baths offering a balcony with great views of downtown and Baldy Mountain. Inside, the living area offers plenty of room to relax with a gas fireplace and flat screen television. The master bedroom offers a king size bed while the additional bedroom has 2 queen beds. It also has a queen sleeper sofa in the living area for additional sleeping space. Every stay over 5 nights, guests will receive one complimentary daily clean including towel exchange and trash removal.
