Great place and location

We loved our stay at Tyra Riverbend. We had two kids and three adults. The place was big and roomy. We loved the location and access to nearby hiking trails and proximity to main street. Would definitely return and stay here again. Thank you.

Great Condo for families

This property had everything and was plenty big for my husband and I and our 4 children. The bunk bed room was perfect the kids loved it. The condo comes fully stocked. I appreciated that it had so many extra pillows, blankets, and towels. It is in a great location. We would definitely recommend this condo and we definitely will be coming back. You responded We are happy to hear you enjoyed the home for your family trip to Breckenridge! It is in a great walking distance to town, and we are glad to hear it was stocked to your liking. Great roomy condo

This is a great place to stay in Breckenridge. We were there a week and by the end of the stay, I felt like I was leaving my second home. The pictures are an accurate depiction of the property. The kitchen, while not large, is well-stocked with plenty of dishes, pans and cooking utensils. There are two bedrooms with bathrooms and decks attached and one large bunk room with a bathroom nearby. The living area was good sized and they provide many games which we got a lot of use out of. There is a hot tub nearby the unit, but we did not use it. The only thing travelers should be aware of is that there is only one parking spot available in the garage. They do give you options of places in town to park overnight, but there is an additional charge. We did not use the free shuttle, but did note there were stops nearby. It is probably a half mile walk to Main Street, which I did several times. We truly loved our stay in this condo and look forward to staying again someday.

Excellent accommodations

Unit was clean, well decorated, and had a well supplied kitchen and bathrooms. Plenty of linens and towels. all furnishings were in very good condition, and everything was in proper working order. Plenty of covered parking in heated garage, ski lockers were convenient, hot tub and workout rooms were great. All in all it was a great accommodation and very good value. Only two concerns were 1) the unit is right over the garage door and you can hear it open and close continuously. Two bedrooms are right over it and it will be annoying for light sleepers, and 2) the location is right next to the snowflake lift which is great for the first lift ride in the morning, but its not easy to get back to it from any of the main ski areas until you are finished for the day. The snowflake run is mostly flat and we only made the mistake of taking that run once. Four o'clock is a much better choice for getting home.

Comfortable Place at a Good Location.

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very nice and very comfortable, and it was conveniently located for ski rentals, the ski lift, and the Shuttle around town. The only issues we had were finding the office for the parking pass and getting the parking code, but the staff were both polite and helpful, so I wouldn't let that deter any future visits.

A wonderful 3-bedroom condo!

We would highly recommend this condo to anyone interested in a spacious, nicely appointed 3-bedroom, 3 bath unit in Breckenridge. The finish of the condo wasn't the highest end of luxury, but it was also several steps above basic condo accommodations. The owners have clearly made updates and upgrades over the years. The management company personnel were all top-notch and the service they use for cleaning do a great job.... the place was spotless. We were especially fond of the very comfortable furniture - two large leather sofas and two nice recliners. The kitchen had all the essentials - we would have enjoyed a few extras but we survived! (particularly since we cooked in most nights we would have appreciated a set of plastic containers with lids for leftovers). Overall, except for few minor kitchen items, the condo was well stocked... tons of towels, pillows, blankets, closet space, etc. Half of our group preferred spending time in Breckenridge... the location of the condo is great as it is only a short walk to Main Street. There's also easy access to bus/shuttle service for those who might not like the walk "up" to the condo from Main Street. The other half of our group favored hiking. We found numerous, very nice hikes in and around Breck (with spectacular fall color!). The hike right from the property is short and easy - it follows a nice creek in a mostly wooded area (a few homes are in view) and ends at a picturesque lake. One day we were even treated to three moose relaxing alongside the trail! When we return we will look to book this condo again!

Perfect Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is beside the snowflake lift, ski rental and ticket booth-- what could be better. Condo was very comfortable, with the hot tub just outside the door. We will absolutely try to stay here on our next visit to Breck. We had a group of 8 and it worked out perfectly.

Very nice appointments and clsoe to the slope

We filled the condo with family and friends and had a wonderful time! Great access to the slopes and just a wonderful experience. We cook a lot of out meals and the kitchen is well appointed. Bring all your own supplies (oils, spices, and etc) but it even has a Keurig and a crock pot! We would definitely rent again.

So convenient!

A group of us visit Colorado every year for our annual ski trip. This year we chose Breck and LOVED it! The home was so clean and comfortable and the proximity to Snowflake was unbeatable! Thank you to the owners for sharing your home with us- we hope to be back again sometime!

Amazingly convenient ski-in/ski-out location. Perfect Holiday!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 8 nights in this unit. Can't get closer to the slopes, it's a 45 second walk to the Snowflake Chair, and an easy slope side walk at the end of the day....as well as an easy walk to town. Shuttles run frequently right outside the door for those who prefer transport, too. Furniture and bedding are very comfortable, hot tub is conveniently located outside the door, unit is stocked for cooking at home, but restaurants are also an easy walk away. Wonderful stay, can't wait to head back to Breckenridge!

LOCATION – Tyra Riverbend Lodge is located in the Four O’clock area next to the Snowflake Lift and Blue Sky Lodge. Blue Sky Lodge has a lift ticket window to purchase lift tickets, a coffee bar and small ski rental shop for ski and snowboard rentals. This property has quick access to the heart of town and to the base of Peak 9. Guests can enjoy the free in-town shuttle with the stop directly across the street at the base of the Snowflake Lift.
