The unit has easy access to the shuttle lines. Parking can be a little challenging, although the unit was very comfortable, as well as a great location, the owners need to upgrade the pullout bed. The unit is very nice, comfortable and walking distance to everything. A minor fix with the bed, and problems solved! Enjoyed very much. Great condo in a perfect location. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The property is well maintained and very clean. Management is very responsive and reachable. Only complaint is that the two twin beds in the loft may be overdue for replacement. Condo is one block from main street shops and restaurants. Gondola to Peak 8 is a 5 minute walk. Bus stop right outside the building to other peaks and parts of town. City Market is 10 minute walk. 4 o'clock run down from the mountain ends at the complex next door. Can't say enough about the perfect location of this condo. There are about 4 unavoidable steps from the parking lot to the elevator. It was easily accessible for my elderly mother. No walk-in showers on the main level. Both are enclosed tubs with showers.
For a Family of five this place was great - close to down town - easy to get to- view was great.
Everything about the process—from booking to check-in to check-out—with Visit Breck was seamless. After booking a place on Airbnb and having the host cancel on us, I was grateful to find this company's listings (who coincidentally, I had stayed with at another property in 2015). The unit itself was comfortable and perfect for three couples: There's a master bedroom on the ground level and another, much smaller room that basically just fit a queen bed. Each had access to its own bathroom, which was nice. Upstairs in the loft was a big bedroom with two twin beds; my parents took this room, though note that the spiral stairwell is so tight it would be tough for people with accessibility problems (or a lot of luggage!). The only downsides of the property were the lack of parking (the unit is for 8 people, yet there's only a parking spot for one, which means we had to park in the satellite property 2+ miles away, which was marginally annoying) and the fact that it wasn't super well-stocked; there weren't extra blankets or pillows in the closets, and the kitchen only had the bare minimum, so we found ourselves doing dishes after every single breakfast, lunch and dinner. My feedback to the owners would be to offer a second set of linens per room, as well as a full set of plates, cups and cutlery since it is a full-service apartment. Overall, though, I'd absolutely book this place again. The location just 5 minutes off of Main Street and the same distance from the gondola was clutch, and the company was as pleasant as they come.
The condo has a perfect location that is close to main street, the ski hill, gondola, and river walk. The property was clean, and looked just as pictured online. I will absolutely book this property again for a future vacation!
Pros: 1. Location was fantastic just steps away from town of Breck. 2. Good size. Living room, dining area and kitchen provide plenty of space. Nicely decorated cabin feel. 3. Pool/hot tub area was great for kids. plenty of space to grill too. Cons: 1. Only giving us one parking spot was a real bummer. We had two families, two cars, 8 people total. We had to spend at least 30 minutes every day to get and move the other families car. i don't know how you provide for/sleep for 8 people and only provide parking for one car. This was a real pain and there were PLENTY of open spaces in the lot while we were there in the summer, week of 4th of july. I even offered to pay extra for an extra spot, and they said no. 2. Needs better curtains. the light came in early and woke the kids up easily (parents know the value of having your kids sleep in an extra hour) 3. Needs new chairs in living room. you really sink down considerably in the older leather chairs. I don't think we would stay here again because of the parking, which is too bad because it's a nice place to crash.
We stayed here for a few days, the location can't be beat! You can ski to within 200 feet of your front door, and can walk 3 minutes to the gondola and 5 minutes to main street. Pinnacle Lodging was very easy to deal with and quite friendly. Overall it was a great trip. Thank you for sharing your condo with us. We wil definitely be returning.
Great apartment and spacious place, close to lifts and main st. I would highly recommend staying here.
Ski Hill 32 is an excellent location for those looking to have a fun and enjoyable ski vacation. Located at the bottom of one skill hill it is convenient to walk to the Gondola even on the coldest days or wait for the shuttle to drive you up to the base of peak 8. Once your day is complete you can enjoy an easy trail all the way down near the bottom and a short walk to the condo. If you snowboard just make sure to gain some speed so you don't stall in the flats. The condo itself was in good shape for being a little bit older and has some nice upgrades to still give it a vacation feel. The one thing our entire group did not like was that we literally got shocked by anytime we touched the stairs or something metal in the condo. That isn't the fault of the rental company, but just something to be aware of. The couches were amazing comfortable and with 6 people we did not feel overly crowded in the condo. Each couple had their own showers and sleeping area, just be cognizant that the 3rd bedroom is really a loft upstairs that offers some privacy, but no doors or anything for those "special moments"... haha. The kitchen worked great for us and it was amazing to watch the snowfall through all the windows that run the expanse of the back wall overlooking downtown. One last thing, the hot tub is a quick jaunt and has a nice hut to keep all your stuff dry from snow and warm. Well worth walking down in the cold. Pro's: Location is the best, plenty of room, nicely decorated, great fireplace, clean, quiet, never saw any neighbors so it was private, parking was adequate, did I mention location? Con's: antiquated thermostats with no temps, on the 4th floor so if you have a lot of luggage have fun bc elevators were small, be careful of loft stairwell it'll get ya Overall we would rent again and everything was nice and easy with the rental company. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at Ski Hill 32 with a group of friends for three nights over the new year and had a great time. The condo was very spacious and had a lot of furiture. The location is very central and easy to walk to the gondola or into town. The condo is on the third floor and had great views of town as well. The kitchen was very equiped and there were also a lot of games and movies which was nice. Overall, it was great!
Overall this was a great place, very nice and close to everything. One downside is the internet. At times it was completely non-functional. After calling to complain it did stay up the remainder of the week but was very slow at time. I was doing a working vacation and due to that would think hard to rent again due to the terrible internet experience I had which impacted my ability to work remotely. Except for internet issues this would have been a 5 star rating.

Fantastic rental property! Walked to gondola, ended day on ski run basically 1/2 block from condo (closer than gondola), relaxed in the hottub after (careful of your hair freezing), and hydrated in downtown breck. I would highly recommend the unit and with my stay was longer. Great view out of the windows too. Recommendation for renters - the heater works, so don't crank it up too high or it will real get warm in the unit.
Older building, redone inside. Nicely decorated with great views from 3rd floor. Conveniently located to both town and hill. We would definitely go back!

Three generations of our family stayed in this comfortable condo. We really liked that it was convenient to the shops and activities in "downtown" Breckenridge, being only a block away, but it was quiet and away from the bustle. We also loved the convenience of the parking under the condo, with elevators to each floor, and the on-site (though not in the condo) laundry facilities. And when we wanted to extend our stay, it was very easy to coordinate that with the rental agency.
The condo was great. The place itself was excellent, so is the town.
We had a great 6 day vacation staying at ski hill 32 and hitting the mountains for 5 days straight. I can't think of a better way to enjoy life. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and everything we needed..The location was wonderful too..short walk to the gondola and almost a ski in place too...We had a great time..thank you so much..
