Just what we were looking for :)

The condo is located just off the Breck Downtown area close to restaurants and shopping. The unit is great size and very clean. We wish the trees were cut back just a bit for a better view of the mountains but appreciate the privacy they provide from the road. We will definitely be back.

Great Location, Comfortable Condo

We had a great stay last week. The management company communicated often and responded quickly via text - worked perfectly for us. The place is comfortable, spacious and in a super convenient location. The kitchen was expertly equipped. The wall of windows provided for gorgeous natural light and the perfect amount of sunshine to nap on the comfortable recliners. A couple awkward things: 1) I would add more/better lighting to the bedrooms and bathrooms (showers are fairly dark) and 2) there is a plexiglass barrier on the balcony. The management company was super responsive to come help take it down, but it feels like there is a missed opportunity to add some latches to the ceiling to simply swing the plexiglass up. Nitpicking, though. I would absolutely stay here again!!

Spacious and updated

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We even asked to add one more night and that was easily accomplished for a very low $. The modern and spacious kitchen accommodated us all and we had everything available we needed. We could easily walk everywhere from the gondola, to great restaurants. (Downstairs at Eric’s had the BEST pizza hands down)! Each bedroom was large enough for all of our suitcases and the beds were very comfortable! A little extra light in the master bedroom would have helped each night as it got dark, but there were lamps that helped a little. Great TV’s and each window had lovely aspens growing right outside! Lots of sitting areas for relaxing in the living room as well. We never got hot without AC! There was quite a bit of shade and fans were in the condo for our usage if needed. Since we came in from the south, we did have to drive an extra 20 minutes ( 40 there and back) to Frisco to get our parking pass. Doesn’t sound like much but when you have been in the car for 12-14 hours already, it is a hassle to do the extra driving to get the parking pass when the kids are ready to get out. A type of permanent pass left in the condo would help so much. We would definitely stay here again and again!

Cozy fire place and well equipped kitchen

Very happy with this rental!

The place is well maintained and beautiful. Beds are comfy too. And an amazing fireplace! We especially loved being on the second floor where even with all those windows it was private because you are not facing any other units. Sunrises, sunsets, falling snow, birds and even foxes were seen out those windows during our stay! The blind rollers need new springs so they don't function that well but it didn't affect our stay. We reported this so hopefully they will fix that. If I had to think of something to improve, I would say better lighting for bathrooms and bedrooms, it's kind of dim. Regardless, we would definitely like to stay again!

Great Location for Downtown

Well done on remodel, as others noted a little dark- only issues we had were the shades did not want to wind for us, plus another cozy seat would have been nice. Unit is on second floor, a little work / walk to slope access (bus / gondola lift). We used bus couple of time (stop is very close) and we also walked to Gondola lot- easy going as its down hill, but tougher after a long day of skiing. Unit has good rustic feel to it and had everything we needed to cook with (well stocked kitchen)- I would recommend a broom...(I like to keep it clean....LOL) Overall its a great property, we walked to downtown almost nightly- very close. I certainly would rent this unit again. Thanks for having us!

Awesome Property.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sky Hill 27. This was one of the best places we have ever rented. The accommodation was very roomy, very well decorated and very well equipped. Just a short walk to Breckinridge shops and restaurants. We stayed in mid-November, which is probably the off season, but nevertheless found the rate quite reasonable for the value provided.

Great location

Great location right by downtown and it seems very open for the actual SQF. The bunk beds are queen size so they would even work for adults. The back porch has plexiglass over the opening which wasn't the best for us because it was nice out but might be nice when it is snowing or really cold. Overall great place for the price.

Ideal location to downtown

This condo was great for our family of 3. Could have fit 2-3 more people. Bunk bed in second bedroom. Has free parking and is 2 blocks to downtown shops and restaurants. Parking downtown ​costs. Also has a hot tub and pool.

Awesome Condo

Updated and roomy and the perfect location. One block from Main Street shopping, restaurants, and bars. Convenient elevator to covered parking. Kitchen had everything we needed - pots, pans, and utensils. Short walk to the gondola. Highly recommend this condo!

The condo was as advertised. It is in a great, central location, easy walking distance to everything in central Breckenridge. The unit is definitely not overpriced. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Breckenridge.

Beautiful space, great location, properly stocked with everything you need!!

Beautiful property just a couple blocks from Main Street nad practically in the gondola parking lot! Very comfortable and clean! No A/C and summer days can get warm, fans were provided, windows open, however, there are no screeens so we didn’t open them as we didn't want our kids falling out or to let bugs in. So many windows with great views and lots of natural light. At night not a lot of lighting so it was very dark. Perfect fit for our family of 4 loved that we could do laundry and the dishwasher was a great help! We will be back!
