The whole process for this condo was so easy!! you just pick up the keys in a lock box (we were way late coming in). The parking is very accessible to the unit and the unit was on the bottom floor which is very nice when carrying ski equipment. The unit was very clean and adequate space for everyone. The interior is not luxury or fancy but really great for the great price. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom. The couches were comfy (for those afternoon post skiing naps). The air was very very dry in the unit but they provide humidifiers in the closet which helped quite a bit! The town is very close, walking distance. You have multiple skiing options, walking distance or just hop on the shuttle. Our friend drove one day down the street to a different lift and there was adequate parking. If I were to add a con it would be how loud the unit is in the morning with everyone walking down the stairs in their ski boots etc. It was quite loud but really that does not bother us but I know it would bother some people. Thanks for a great stay!!
Our first time in Breckenridge was great! Even better because of the great place we stayed. Everything we needed, to enjoy ourselves. We were able to cook there, grill, and enjoy the outdoor deck. Close to everything. Great for our family! We will for sure be coming back!
Condo was clean and very close to bus access and rentals. Beds could have been a bit more comfy but overall excellent. Would recommend again!
Kitchen utensils were very basic
We had a very enjoyable week in this unit. Spacious enough to have some alone time if you wanted and cozy at the same time. Main street was just across the river less than 3 minute walk. We like the location so much we booked 3 more nights in the unit across the breezeway since this unit was booked. We will come back for sure.
This unit has everything we needed for a fabulous Christmas vacation. It was steps from the end of the 4 O'clock run and a block from main street. Public transportation was great for getting to/from the different runs. On Christmas morning, there was a fox right outisde the patio doors. Amazing. The only downside was that we could hear children running upstairs for most of the time we were there. Otherwise, this unit is a great value. Would love to come back in the summer as the area is gorgeous.
This unit was a very good value! I rate it 5 stars for comfort. The living area was very good. It was also, without being a ski in/out, in the best location possible. Only steps from the end of the 4O'Clock run, the shuttle and a block from downtown, the unit was centrally located and was the perfect spot for our group.
We found the apartment well equipped with everything a family would need. The bedding configuration of queen in the one bedroom and beds for 5 in the second room fantastic. We didn't need the pull out couch. Location was fantastic, only a short stroll to town, shuttle to lifts only 50 metres up the road and we managed to ski home down 4 o'clock run to within 50metres. Great with kids! The steam shower was great after skiing but we didn't use the hot tub facilities. Kitchen and living areas were comfortable and spacious enough for our group of 6. We hope to be back again. Our only fault was the poor lighting in the master bedroom. Not a big deal. Thanks for. Great stay.
This place met all our needs. Close to town and hiking trails, plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids, the BBQ worked and we used it quite a bit. We would stay here again
Best place to stay in Breck without a doubt. The location is convenient to everything we planned to do. There was plenty of room for our party, whether we were all in the living room, dining room, or sleeping. The onsite hot tubs were convenient and access to the all season outdoor pool was nice as well. I can't say enough about this condo to do it justice. We'll be back for summer hiking! Recommended for: Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
Great location and close to town and ski lifts and slopes!! The place was well equipped with everything you would need from home. Having kitchenware to cook, eat and drink was especially helpful. I loved having a fireplace, large breakfast bar and table-there was plenty of room to spend time together, play games, etc. Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
Nice condo with everything you need and just a few minutes walk from Main St. Beds and sofa are comfortable. Flat screen TV with cable in living room and bedrooms. Solid at&T; 4G cell phone signal throughout unit. Many stores, restaurants and full service grocery/pharmacy within 10 minutes walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.
We have always had good experiences renting condos in Summit County. This time was no different. The place was clean and well kept.

Just down the street from the Snowflake Lift and just off the lower 4 O’Clock Run, so you can ski home (conditions permitting). The bus stop is only a few steps away, so choose where you want to go and within minutes, you can be on the shuttle headed towards your destination. To make things easier, Main Street is just a 0.2 mile walk, which means you are 5 minutes away from all the shopping and dining you can dream of.
