Summer stay in Breckenridge

We had a great time in Breckenridge at this property! Close to Main Street and hiking trails. Sawmill Creek hike was close and beautiful. Walked to the gondola to have fun at Epic Discover. Love to stay again during ski season You responded The home is in a great location to Main Street and plenty of outdoor fun. Sawmill Reservoir is a staff favorite! We hope to see you again during ski season!

Great Property, Marginal Service

Great location, the pool is great, and we loved the steam shower. It's also well-stocked with games, movies and kitchen supplies. The refrigerator was broken when we got there. One of the drawer fronts fell off. Two of the slats under the master bed were broken, causing creaking noises whenever you move on the bed. We reported everything to management the first morning after we got up. They brought some dry ice for the fridge, and no replenishment of dry ice thereafter. Everything in the freezer melted, but the stuff in the fridge was ok. If the fridge had worked or been fixed right away, I'd have given 5 stars.

Convenient and Clean

If you're looking for a spot close to the slopes and downtown, stay here. Comfortable, clean and convenient to anywhere in Breck. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the very squeaky floor above this condo.

Modern, convenient, clean & great location

The condo was just a block off of Main Street in Breckenrdige and the interior decor was up-to-date modern -- I loved the tile floors and the comfy couches in the living room. Plus the unit had a steam shower! A serious plus!! The location was excellent - you can ski pretty much down to the complex (it is like a half block walk) on the Four O'Clock Run coming home at the end of the day, and also walk easily to the restaurants in town. You can walk to the Snowflake Lift - we did it - but it is about a quarter mile uphill slog, so it is easier to just take the free shuttle across the street. The management company here is also really helpful - they communicate by e-mail, make sure everything is clean and make checking in and out a breeze. Overall I highly recommend, for the size (ours was a 2-bedroom and 2-bath) and also the interior decor (kitchen was great and up-to-date) and bedroom layout (spread far enough apart to not hear each other). Works well for a week long stay.

Park Place was an excellent place to stay and I recommend it to anyone. The rooms are nice, roomy, well furnished and very clean. This location is also centrally located for easy access to downtown Breckenridge. We hope to be able to return in the near future.

Amazing place to stay

The place was so cozy and nice. Had everything you would possibly need! Great location! We walked everywhere when we needed to get something down town! Will definitely be staying at this condo again

A great weekend getaway

A group of 4 of us stayed here for a long weekend to enjoy the city and some mountain biking. Great location only a block off of main street. You could walk anywhere in town in a short amount of time. Really nice spacious condo with most all the amenities you should need. Was a great value with off-season rates.

My daughter and I totally enjoyed our stay in 102C Park Place while visiting my son in Breck. We wandered around town, hiked, rode horses and hit Strawberry Hot Springs. I loved our late summer time in Rockies!

Problems Solved

I stay in this unit with 8 of my girlfriends. We enjoyed the cozy condo and thought the location was perfect. I had a wonderful experience booking through visitbreck. I told them exactly what I wanted and what amenities I wanted it to include. They were able to fulfill all of them. They will definitely keep my business in the future.

Close to Main Street

Park Place 102C is an easy walk to Main Street and worked well for our family of four. Park Place 102C was well maintained and fairly clean. Check-in and check-out was easy.

Weekend getaway

Condo was nice. We booked it because of its location to downtown. We wanted to walk to dinner and events around town. Very good location if that is important to you.

Nice place to stay!

Full kitchen, washer/dryer, WiFi, LCD tv, master bedroom has one bed, 2nd bedroom has 3 twins and a captain's bunk. And a pull-out couch - which has a mattress topper stashed in the master bedroom closet - that makes the pull-out pretty comfortable. We were very happy with the place. As long as you don't miss a turn, the ski-in via the 4 o'clock run is pretty nice too. You end up just walking a block. There's even an outdoor closet (with lock) that you can use to stash your ski gear.

LOCATION – Park Place could not be located in a more perfect setting. It sits at the pinnacle of it all in Breckenridge. Just down the street from the Snowflake Lift and just off the lower 4 O’Clock Run, so you can ski home (conditions permitting). The bus stop is only a few steps away, so choose where you want to go and within minutes, you can be on the shuttle headed towards your destination. To make things easier, Main Street is just a 0.2 mile walk, which means you are 5 minutes away from all the shopping and dining you can dream of.

AMENITIES – Entering this condo, you are greeted by beautiful tile floors and modern track lighting. After a day on the slopes, come in, take off your boots and revel in your vacation rental surroundings. Put your feet up in the living area by the gas fireplace, or cozy up on the couch and watch a DVD on the flat screen. Whatever you choose, you will be absolutely content. The open kitchen features granite counter tops with updated appliances and the dining area has seating for nine. Don’t forget about the private washer and dryer to make your life easier. After a big day on the slopes, soak in the on-site outdoor hot tubs or take a short walk to the Upper Village Common area heated pool and hot tubs (off-site).

All Pinnacle properties come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, amenities kit-cotton balls, Q-tips, sewing kit), and detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry) as well as high-end bed linens and towels.
