We loved how close the condo was to the center of town. The National Reparatory Orchestra was in town during our stay so we were serenaded daily with beautiful music coming from their auditorium which they pipe outside. The condo was well-stocked for cooking and everything else you need. The kids loved the pools and hot tubs. The bed arrangement was perfect for our family of five and we had plenty of room in which to spread out. The company allowed us to check in very early at no extra charge which was extremely helpful. Check in and check out were easy and convenient. The only issue was the dryer’s heating coil seemed to have burned out so drying clothes took interminably long, but I’m sure they’ll get that fixed. If you want to walk to all of the great things Breckenridge has to offer, this is your place.
Property was nice and well accomodated. Hot tub was not available which was disappointing. Had more people in our condo and needed a 2nd car parking spot. Since we couldn't park the car at our complex we couldn't find free parking available. This is a new city rule about charging for parking anywhere in town. That was frustrating. Otherwise enjoyed our stay.
This condo was located one block from the middle of Main Street, so was perfect for us. It was also on first floor which was convenient since we had our bikes. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked with all essentials and it was very clean. The check-in and check-out was so easy and was very convenient that front door had a keypad for lock instead of keys. We highly recommend this unit.

Would definitely recommend this as it was an overall great place to stay. Location is only 1 block from main street so a quick and easy walk, condo was very large and had everything we needed. Was great for kids too with a carpet in the main living room and plenty of play space and seating. Even had a full kitchen equipped so could cook / eat in if desired (coffee maker, spices, dining table, etc there as well). Only minor quibbles were: sink in master bath was clogged and didn't drain from when we arrived ( I left message at Pinnacle Lodging management company but did not hear back), and the walls are really thin so can hear lots of noise from condo next door / upstairs-- didn't both us but might for others.
being right off Main Street with a toddler was perfect for quick back and forth outings. We've stayed at the Village for years but we enjoyed this location far better. We will be back for sure!

The unit was hard to find because of the way the building is layed out. There is a lot of up and down stairs with no elevator so there is no easy way to get luggage to unit. The unit itself was nice. Plenty of pots and pans and surprisingly, even spices for cooking. It was a short walk to main street. Rooms were comfy with tv's. The place was fine for what we were looking for. Nice management company to deal with.

This condo was very well decorated and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean. East to walk to town and the slopes. I'd definitely stay there again.
This is a great location, literally 1 block from Main Street. The location of the condo within the complex was such that it was quiet and sheltered from the traffic noise. The condo was spacious, true to the pictures, and had all of the amenities you could ask for. The community pool was a short walk away and great. We have two small children and it was child-friendly and had enough room for one to nap while the rest of us were in the condo. We would definitely stay here again
This property is just across the street from a park attached to Main Street. It's so close we'd get up and walk to Clint's for coffee every morning, or Blue Goose for breakfast. It was very clean the beds were comfortable. This unit does not have a mountain view but as much as everyone is outside in Breckenridge a mountain view from the condo wasn't important to me. Check in and check out procedures are very clearly communicated by VisitBreck so there were no glitches checking in.
My stay was thoroughly enjoyable! The location cannot be beat being just steps away from Main Street and the 4 o'clock run. The condo provided all the amenities needed for a full stay, and we wanted for nothing. It was furnished perfectly and decorated nicely. The only quirk was the parking. There was ample parking, but a little confusing knowing whether there was a covered space assigned or to park anywhere. But that had nothing to do with the condo..just the property. In fact this stay has made me want to come back for 3 months, not just a week! And looking into that now.
…seriously! I stayed at this condo with a bunch of friends this past winter and we had such a good time- mostly because everything was so convenient. We could walk to and from town in 5 min, cab rides were quick and cheap if we closed the bars, and getting to the lifts was super easy with the free shuttle just a block away (never mind the fact you can ride/ski down 4 o'clock run back to the condo to finish off the day). The beds were comfy, the place was super clean, and with 7 adults (and all our gear) the condo had plenty of room. Some perks we enjoyed daily were the hot tub on premise, the fully equipped kitchen, and the fact we were on the first floor- which may sound odd, but considering we were new to altitude it was a blessing not to lug ourselves and our equipment up a bunch of stairs. I definitely would recommend staying at this condo, and I can say without hesitation that me and my family will be coming back.
My two buddies and I took a last minute trip to Breck and stayed at this unit after they got 9" of snow. We were told the unit was 1 block from the end of 4 o'clock road and walking distance to the shuttle or lifts. The location is spot on! You can ski down the right side of 4 o'clock run and the unit is one block away. To ski out we walked to the peak 9 lift one day and took the shuttle the rest of the days. About 5 minutes either by shuttle or walking. The unit was very clean, spacious enough for maybe 6 people, and had all we needed to cook in the unit. Being on the first floor was nice as we did not have to lug everything up stairs. The hot tub and fire pit was awesome, we enjoyed it every day. Overall a great experience.
Very nice and clean place right in the heart of town. Love the kitchen, it feels like home with everything you needed for cooking and the BBQ grill was just awesome on the deck. Washer and dryer works good and 2 outdoor jacuzzi was pleasurable after a hard day of snowboarding:) Most importantly, 2 blocks uphill to snowflake lift, perfect for a warmup for those who likes to walk. Bus comes every 7 min. so convenience. We'll definitely stay there again and again. Aloha and Mahalo!
I stayed there with a friend and totally enjoy my stay the views where beautiful and the decor was very pleasant. I would recommend staying there.
My family and I stayed here during ski season. The place was very clean and nice. The condo had enough room for everyone in our 6 person group. The sinks were in an outside area from the toilet which made everyone getting ready in the evening/ morning easier. You can access the condos in the afternoon when you are done skiing from the 4 o'clock run. In the morning it was a 2 min shuttle bus ride to the snowflake lift. The only problem we had was we put the fire place on in the evening to heat the condo but it did not warm the living room much at all. Overall we had a great weekend here and look forward to coming back again.
Middle of town location lets you walk almost anywhere. Property managers very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
Breckenridge is a beautiful place. it looks like a small European town with colored flowers everywhere, and the buildings are really picturesque. The weather was wonderful...cool and crisp. The condo was clean, well thought out with a comfortable, homey living room, great kitchen, and lovely bedrooms. There is a distillery that we got to tour that was really interesting...hikes to go on...lakes in the area to explore...lots of biking...shopping all around. The local craftsmen make really nice rustic furniture (the condo has this furniture...I loved it!), and they carve little critters (bears, moose, etc.). The only thing I didn't like about this trip was that it went too fast. One of my favorite places and trips!
This condo was exactly what we were looking for! We had 2 couples who wanted their own rooms and to be walking distance to everything. This condo did not disappoint. It was comfortable, roomy and nicely decorated. The pantry, fridge and spice cabinet were all fully stocked which was a pleasant surprise for anyone looking to do some cooking in the condo. The only drawback was the ski-in portion. You did have to walk through the parking lot of another condo complex to get to this condo. That being said, I highly recommend the cabin and we hope to be back.
This is the second time we have stayed at this condo. We love the proximity to the lifts and downtown. No need to get in your car when you stay here. It is nicely furnished and offers all of the comforts of home. It is also on the first floor which is a huge plus after a day on the slopes. Very happy to not have to carry my skis up several flights of stairs. The owners are really great people as well. I would recommend this rental to anyone!
perfect place and location.. the unit was well appointed with everything from bedding to cooking spices. the location is perfect. easy access to the lifts and town. very comfortable.
Clean well appointed condo in great location. Be sure to use the free and efficeint bus system to get to various lifts as opposed to walking. Ski'd to within 100 yards of the condo via 4 oclock at the end of every day. owners were very helpful. Condo is stocked and we left it more so.
This condo is meticulously kept and has all the amenities you need for a stay. Humidifiers that work and full size laundry was key (and there was even detergent)! Huge dining table and comfortable beds. Close walking distance to main street and the end of 4 o'clock run. There was a Christys rental across the street for easy ski rental and return. 1 block walk to shuttles. Love, love, loved it!!! Owners are easy and nice. We will be back!
We just returned from our extended trip to Breckenridge. THANK YOU for having such an amazing/wonderful condo. Because of weather, we arrived late Sunday night and City Market was closed. I woke up the following morning and was delighted to find COFFEE already in the pantry, what a life saver. Throughout the week, we were constantly amazed at how well equipped your condo was. From the egg poacher, to the crock pot, it felt like home. We started each day with a short walk up the hill to the Snowflake lift, and ended many days with a short walk down to town for dessert. I don't want to rave to much more because I want to make sure it is available next year for another extended trip. Thanks again and let me know if you ever decide to sell!
