Communication was excellent, using my preferred method of text messages. But talked to them by phone as well, and they were super. Check-in couldn’t have been easier with automated access code. Plenty of room for our 8 guests of four adults and four high school age. Skis went right in the garage, shoes in the entry way. Bedrooms and bathrooms were laid out just like we needed them. Hot tub worked great after a day of skiing. We actually skied to the bus stop, which is about three blocks. The bus routes are great. We also were glad to have vehicles rented for longer journeys. Had a great time staying here. 4 guys looking to shred had just enough space to be comfortable. We were originally 6 dudes, but that may have been a little tight. 2minute walk out the backyard to the 4 o'clock trail and snowflake lift.
Our stay was very pleasant! The house was well decorated, clean and the furniture cozy. The views were peaceful and we enjoyed the location. We would stay here again - just wish the rates were a little lower. Thanks

We loved the house and the location. We could definitely rent here again. Our only concern was the tv and had to have the tec man out 4 times to fix it. This was very frustrating.
Very clean with a few updated amenities including a very nice master bath. Great space if you want separation from the kids (two family spaces) but somewhat tight if you all want to hang out together. Pinnacle Properties was great!

Or, you can walk approximately 3 blocks (5 to 10 minutes) to and from Four O'Clock Ski Run where you can ski down to the Snow Flake Lift (when conditions permit).
