Overall, the unit and the property are good for families, great location to Main Street. The negatives were mostly aimed at communication. Finding the garage and being properly told where to park were difficult. Having access to the pool and towels provided was not explained well. However, the unit itself was nice. The one glaring problem with the unit we stayed in was the lack of A/C. Typically, that would be fine with the cooler mountain temps. But, it was rather stuffy in our unit during the day, and keeping windows open for cross-ventilation did not seem to make any change. Overall, though, the property had a good value, great location, and fit what we wanted/needed in a rental for our trip.Manager Response Thank you for taking the time to review Main Street Station 3307. Cozy and clean! Great Location!
We loved this location. Close walk to the slopes, restaurants and downtown. The apartment was very cozy with all the necessities. I absolutely loved that they had games and Christmas decorations up. It helped make everything feel very homey. The check in/out process was very smooth. The parking was confusing, but manageable. Also a few minor issues throughout the stay were tolerable, small sink leak and bathroom toilet and heat ran continuously. We notified management at checkout and they contacted the appropriate parties to go to the location to fix the issues immediately. I would recommend this location as well as this rental company. Condo was awesome. Loved that it had two full baths and a 1/2 bath off the living area. Located right in the middle of everything. Ski access is great as is restaurant/bar access. Workout facility was top notch as well as the hot tub (never made it to the pool). Shuttle service will take you anywhere which is super convenient. Will definitely return.
The condo was beautiful, comfortable and clean! The staff at the front desk were helpful and very accommodating. I would highly recommend staying in this condo to all of my friends and family. THANK YOU!
