LOCATION – The Longbranch condominium is just 2.5 blocks from Main Street’s boutiques, shopping and all the hotspots of Breckenridge. If you don’t want to walk, then just hop on the free shuttle bus to the slopes located just outside of the complex. This nicely furnished condo comes with a private heated parking garage, access to on site laundry facilities.

AMENITIES – You will find two bedrooms in this property that includes a master queen bedroom as well as a king bedroom. With new updates throughout, this cozy condo comes equipped with a gas fireplace and sleeper sofa in the living room and an electric fireplace in the master bedroom, two flat screen TVs with DVD players and a fully stocked kitchen. Marvel at the magnificent ski area views from the dining area or while sitting on the private balcony!

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:

The condo is perfectly located, only two blocks from Main Street. The place is very cozy & we had everything we needed. We enjoyed both home-cooked meals at the condo, as well as excellent restaurant food within walking distance. Parking in the basement garage was convenient too. I highly recommend this place.

Cozy condo with beautiful views of the mountain. Really liked having a heated garage. Our family of 5 arrived from all different parts of the country and enjoyed our rare time together in this condo.

We loved our stay at Longbranch 216 in Breck. The property was exactly as described. It was a great size for our family of 4 and well equipped with everything we needed after skiing. The chairs and sofa were comfy and the gas fireplace was amazing, given the chilly weather while we were there. In addition, our children loved the access to the hot tub. The location of the apartment was great - we were able to take frequent walks to main street within a matter of minutes. The apartment was in great condition and clean. The management company was in contact with us frequently via text and there was no problem. Check in and check out was smooth. We would definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Longbranch 216. The unit is nicely refreshed and the location is very close to the ski shuttles. The negative is that the listing indicated 3 beds (2 in the master and 1 in the other bedroom). The third bed is actually the hide-a-bed sofa. It worked for us but it was not what we expected and was one of the reasons we chose this unit over some others.

Rented this unit for my family of four for the Christmas weekend. I'm not a skier but my husband & son are. Acckmodation was clean quiet and comfortable, plenty of space. Love that town is so close, you can walk to all the shops & restaurants, and appreciated the garage spot as well. Skiers liked the option to walk or take shuttle to mountain. Only complaint is that there were no coffee filters for the machine, and the blankets, although clean, look to be from the 1970s.

Our condo was very clean, inviting, and well-stocked with everything we needed! The kitchen was well-organized and the pantry had plastic wrap, spices, etc that came in really handy. We enjoyed the view and cute patio, and thought the beds were comfy too. Responsive management was also appreciated. The location was perfect - close to gondola, Main Street, and very walkable. Would stay again!
