We enjoyed very much our stay here. Everything worked perfectly well as advertised and the managers were on the ball and super quick to respond to any query, great service. Beds were lovely, kitchen well equipped and our gurls enjoyed the little woods in the back and the jacuzzi a lot. Also if you come with kids, the Rec centre in next door and offers many activuties includind a pool with tobogans. Aloine sports is a block away if you want to rent bikes, they are really nice.
Townhouse was as advertised. Room enough for two adults and three teens. The fold out twin on the landing was sufficient for only the youngest of the kids, but he was happy not to share a bed with a sibling. Would love to stay there again.
We had a great time. Property was close to the mountain, shuttle and grocery store. We still ended up driving out car everywhere. Hot tub on the back deck was awesome. As for the condo it was nice but a little dated....didn't feel like we got our money's worth. For example. For the price they were asking I would have expected newer carpet, updated kitchens and bathroom, and HD cable TV. Who doesn't have HD cable TV these days. Like I said we had a great time. But the town home was a little old
Great condo for location and price! Beds very comfortable and private hot tub a terrific way to end the day. Close to all the Breckenridge amenities, including golf. Just a short drive to all that Breckenridge has to offer. Condo stocked very well and spot to park just steps away from your front door. Would definitely stay in this unit again.
Ours was a summertime trip - This is a quiet location, comfortable and convenient to major grocery store. We enjoyed the accommodations fully including the spa (which would be great in the winter too). The parking access, right in front of the door, and the location away from any busy street traffic was just right for us. We will be back.
This is really the perfect location to stay unless you pitch a tent at the bottom of the lift. The condo was exactly as described. Ease of getting to and privacy combination not easily found for twice the rate.

LOCATION – Kingdom 830 is a spacious and cozy townhome that sits right next to Breckenridge’s Recreational Center with a large sun drenched, south-facing deck and private hot tub. It is just north of town with proximity to both Main Street and the slopes, and is only steps away from groceries, the bus stop, bike path, gondola and the Blue River.
AMENITIES – The two-level townhome comes equipped with exactly what you need to have a comfortable Breckenridge escape. It offers a full-size kitchen with enough dining seating for six. The living room has a gas fireplace with a mounted flat screen TV, cable and a Blu-ray DVD player. The master suite has a king bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and en-suite bath with a single vanity and Jacuzzi tub with shower combo.
