My brother and I ski together for a week every year, and we rent condos. This condo had the best equipped kitchen that we have experienced over the years. Although the items were not expensive or high end, they were very complete. Also, there were plenty of towels, etc. The furniture was comfortable, and if you like tv's, they were everywhere. It was very clean and showed very little wear for a unit that could sleep 8. The in-unit washer/driver combination were convenient. It was extremely quiet in the unit, and we would defintely stay here again. The F-Lot shuttle is across the street, so there is easy access to Peak 9/Beaver Run, and downtown really is a block away. Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car
This place is fantastic! Clean, beautifully decorated with new furniture and sofas, lots of hot water, completely stocked kitchen for cooking any type of meal. Long balcony with beautiful mountain views in both directions. Living room is spacious with a lovely fireplace and firewood provided. Beds were comfortable with a King in the single bed room. Easy walk across Park to the heart of town or the gondola station. Parking is easy in underground garage. This lovely condo really made our stay! Thanks!!!
We have spent several vacations with our family there including two grandchildren who love to ski. The location is ideal for family gatherings or friends just wanting to get away for a week or weekend beautiful set up. The location is ideal in the wintertime for skiing and also in the summertime in order to do any of the activities you are wanting to do in the summer also. The condo has recently been updated and has every amenity a person could want or wish for. The fireplace is great in order to sit back relax and enjoy glass of wine and talk over your days activities. The kitchen is well supplied and the view out the deck is absolutely beautiful. The proximity to town town Breckenridge is wonderful in order to do all that great shopping in Breckenridge. The restaurants are fantastic if you are not wanting to cook. This is a place our family will return to yearly we love this location and look forward to spending time there again.
4 of us (2 couples) stayed here for Memorial Day Weekend. The location is AWESOME! Literally right next to Main St. - perfect for restaurants and food. The downstairs is nice. The bathrooms upstairs are pretty dated.
Had a wonderful girls weekend! We stayed for opening weekend on the mountain. Accommodations were perfect, very clean, comfortable and beautiful. We did not want for anything. Could easily walk downtown for dining and shopping. Shuttle stop across the street made it easy to get up the mountain to ski and spa. Would definitely stay here again!
This condo is exceptionally roomy on the main floor with the living room, dining room and kitchen. And the kitchen is stocked better than most homes, you are not lacking for anything! Plenty of towels in the bathrooms too. The location to downtown is great too, we just walked from the condo to Main Street for dinner. We particularly liked this condo for the larger seating in the living room. Would definitely come here again.
The property was beautiful and met our family needs well. All items we needed were available. Pinnacle Lodging staff was beyond excellent.
This place was awesome to us and we loved the unit. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. We were a large group too so we needed something accommodating. Like the other reviews say, the location is perfect. Close to skiing and downtown. Highly recommend this unit!
Cimarron 301 is a short walk to the peak 9 life and downtown Breck. The unit and furnishings are in great condition and very comfortable. I'd high recommend it for your vacation.

Stayed for a long weekend with family. Accomodations were great for family of 5. Walking distance to Main Street and allthe shops & resturants. Unit was clean, comfortable & had all the comforts of home!
Stayed here with my husband and 4 kids, very nice property with plenty of room for all of us!! Walking distance to most places! My youngest daughter cried when we had to leave!! Looking forward to coming back!
We planned a girls trip and rented this condo for our stay. The condo was exactly as pictured and made for a very comfortable stay. We were delighted to find that the complex supplied firewood for cozy fires, towels for the Jacuzzi and all the necessities of home. The location was perfect and close to town, easy walk to every thing. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to reserve these accommodations again!
This condo was great! Had a ton of space and all the amenities we could have needed. The condo was immaculate and is walking distance to downtown which was really nice. Check in/Check out was seamless. Would definitely stay here again.
