Accommodations were perfect! SKI in-SKI out was so easy from this unit as well as a short walk to town made this a perfect choice for our family. Definitely recommend this property.

Location is superb…for ski in/ski out or a lovely stroll to downtown Breckenridge's quaint resturants, entertainment, and boutiques. After a day of skiing, the heated boot and glove rack was a treat. The private large hot tub was an awesome respite followed with a nice quiet time by the fireplace. Charming home with comfortable bedding and towels topped the ultimate way to spend a vacation. The condo couldn't be in a more perfect location. A short walk around the corner and you’re on the slopes in front of the main lift. The owner has obviously gone to great lengths to ensure guests have all they need including a fabulous private hot tub right outside the kitchen door! Great place! Great location! Great attention to detail!
Really loved our stay at this condo. The beds and couches were comfortable, and the rooms were warm and spacious. Well decorated and equiped. Best of all was the proximity to the quicksilver lift. Literally seconds. And very easy to stroll in to town. I would highly recommend staying here and would not hesitate to stay again on our next trip.
This is a perfect accommodation to enjoy all the beauty that Breckenridge offers. Spacious and very tastefully decorated, with a gourmet kitchen, lovely hot tub, and a beautiful quiet courtyard to barbeque and enjoy a glass of wine. The rooms are bright and airy, the beds very comfortable, and everything one might need is on hand to enjoy a lovely vacation. Great location for hiking, biking, and access to fabulous restaurants (I ate at Twist and Ember, both were fantastic). This beautiful town also has world class orchestra and theater experiences. This rental property offered the perfect base for all of it! Double garage parking is available, but as everything was within walking distance, we didn't need one. I certainly would return!
We thoroughly enjoyed 2 weeks in this unit this summer. Cedars is close to the lifts for winter, with true ski-in ski-out access to Peak 9. But it in the summer its also close to town; we could walk to the concerts and restaurants all within a 10 minute stroll. The 3 bedrooms were roomy, and the owner has refinished the flooring and upgraded the furnishing to make this unit a cut above what you normally find in this area of town. The 2-car garage is also a welcome rarity!
We had a fabulous visit to Breckenridge this summer and couldn't have been happier with our accommodations. This townhome is nicely furnished, comfortable and attractive. We loved that it opened to a spacious common area lawn where we could sit out and enjoy the beautiful weather, grill, and meet new friends. The location was ideal for access to all the best in Breck. We enjoyed daily walks or hikes, horseback riding, fly fishing, bicycling and exploring the town. Can't wait to come back this winter for ski in/ski out convenience!
My husband and I have traveled the world so we are resolute on our preferences and this stay surpassed our expectations. The owners made sure we were well equipped with information on local happenings (like our bike rental and the local festivals) and they have decorated the place with great style in such a way that creates a comfortable environment yet very appealing to the senses with an open floor-plan that encourages socializing yet roomy enough for everyone to have their own "space" The courtyard is a wonderful mix of pleasant owners and this was in a great location; Walking distance to everything of interest. Clean, Cozy, spacious, and a great location...we can't wait to go back!
We stayed 6 nights at Cedars 18 for a family ski trip. Overall, it is a great location with easy access to the QuickSilver chair at Peak 9 and very walkable to the restaurants and shops in town. Being ski in / ski out made it very easy for all of us to meet back at the house for lunch. Having a hot tub in the house is a nice feature as the community pool and hot tub are some distance away (they are not actually in this complex). The house is in good shape, although we did encounter some maintenance issues with the garage door (not working the first two days we were there because of a failed opener), and the hot tub (filters needed to be changed and the water drained so we lost two days of usage).
Three of us for a Girls Weekend together stayed here. Great location that allowed us to easily walk to the charming town center or to hike. Fresh decor, hot tub, everything in the kitchen we needed to cook/eat in one night, plenty of room--we each could have our own bedroom AND bathroom. Best place we've stayed in Breck
And the "we" I'm referring to is my family and another. We loved Breckenridge and this condo was absolutely great for all of us. The garage fit two family cars easily (a suv and a minivan), the bedrooms were large and roomy, three bathrooms made it easy to never have anyone waiting (and with 6 kids that's important!). The kitchen was ample size and the location made it easy to come back to the condo for a quick lunch and naps. The furniture and bedding was clean and pretty. It was a very relaxing space. The kids loved the hot tub during the day and the adults loved it after bedtime. We also enjoyed the bedrooms upstairs and the game table downstairs, it allowed for an easy bedtime and fun adult time. Like I said...We'll be back!
My husband and I recently stayed in this beautiful condo. From the 2 car garage, to the enclosed hot tub, and courtyard patio with BBQ (which we took advantage of), this was an ideal location for a summer vacation. Walking distance to the mountains for a hike, walking distance to Main St. for shopping and dining. The home is already beautifully decorated with more updates coming. Multiple room accommodations for couples, singles or families. The flat screen TVs with cable in each room are a nice bonus as is the free Wi-FI. Breckenridge is only a short drive to Dillon and Frisco and many other mountains in the Summit County area. Already have another trip planned this summer and can't wait for ski season. We saw the short walk to the lift which will be yet another added bonus! Would definitely recommend this home!

Since this acquisition in March 2015 it’s been busy as we have put in new bedding, new flat screen TVs in each bedroom, and new furniture - with more to come. Cedars is one of the most amazing locations in Breckenridge. In the summer, the unit is a part of the courtyard community, with a brand new gas grill for you to enjoy evenings on the patio. In the winter, the Quicksilver lift is ready to take you to any peak you want. If you want to ski home for lunch, it’s a quick trip. Take advantage of the boot dryer and have nice warm feet when you return for your afternoon on the slopes. If you feel like warming up at the end of the day, there is a choice of a private enclosed hot tub within the unit, or the community pool and hot tubs across the street for a larger social environment. For shopping or dinner, Main Street is 5 minutes away. I hope that you will consider this your home too. Enjoy your stay!!
There is much to love about this rental whatever the season. With ski in and out access and a short walk to Main Street, the location is ideal. Furnishings and decor have been recently updated and maintain a cozy mountain ambience. The layout offers plenty of space for group gatherings and also privacy with the split level floor plan. For those wanting to eat in, the kitchen is modern, bright and spacious. For those wanting to eat out, Main Street is an easy walk! A garage and a covered hot tub are added bonuses! I'll be back!
