LOCATION – Location is everything. Located just steps from the free shuttle and only three blocks from Main Street you will be able to take advantage of everything you came to Breckenridge to do. You can step outside your front door and hop on the free shuttle to take you to the slopes quickly. For even more activities, nearby Carter Park offers sledding in the winter and outdoor tennis courts and a children’s playground in the summer.

AMENITIES – This condo has two spacious bedrooms. The master with a queen bed and a private bath and the second bedroom with a queen size bed and twin over twin bunk which shares a bath with the common area. End your day relaxing in the living room to warm up by the fireplace while watching TV on the flat screen. Enjoy a drink on the deck that overlooks neighboring Carter Park in the evening. On-site complex amenities include an indoor lounge area, an outdoor hot tub and patio area, a heated parking garage, ski storage and laundry facilities.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:

Condo was very nice & comfortable for our family of four. Unit very well cleaned and prepped upon arrival. Great location, easy walking distance to town. Only small criticism of property is due to age, that ceilings thin so hear noise easily from condo upstairs. Also, I was very impressed with the property management and service level. Totally professional and well-organized - room super clean upon arrival; the text messages / e-mails with instructions/details, virtual text message assistance. Really well done.

Loved our stay at Atrium 108. Condo is very comfortable and clean. Communication with property management is a breeze. Very easy to walk to town. Kids and I ended up walking back from Peak 9. Also very easy. My wife already wants to book again.

We had a wonderful week in this apartment at the Atrium. Apartment and building have been updated since we stayed last in 2019. Kitchen was fully equipped, beds were comfy and bathrooms were modern. Lots of puzzles and parlor games to use. Ski Locker and garage space were greatly valued. Met friendly neighbors in the hot tub and shared grill! Easy walk out to bus and trolley service to Peak 9 and Gondola. Will stay again.

The Condo was great in a perfect location the bus picked us up and dropped us off right out side the condo. It was clean and very comfortable just the right amount of space for 5 people. The only thing for the owner to look into was the shower door in the master bedroom leaked from the rubber connectors on the glass and would make a puddle on the floor
