I’d say this condo is....okay. It’s a little rundown, but you can tell that from the pictures (looks the exact same in person). But the building is old, which means the walls are THIN. Could hear every step the people upstairs took (and, unfortunately, their music at night). The master bed mattress is the hardest I’ve ever felt. But it’s got a fully stocked kitchen (even a crockpot) and is very close to carter park sledding. Basically, it will do if you’re looking to be near the sledding and not pay a lot.
Great location near Main Street restaurants and shops. Accommodations were clean and slept us comfortably.
Spent 4 nights with three boys age 15,15,11. Plenty of room. Condo very clean. Nicely decorated with flat screen TVs in every room. Would be somewhat cramped with more than four people. Good closet space with small dressers for clothes. Kitchen has everything you would need. Easy parking. Overall great stay.
very nice condo well taken care of and in good physical condition. not much of a view other than the sledding hill. a minor issue, we could not find a sink side drain board for dishes after they were washed.
It was a nice place to stay and a great location. The code to the garage door did not work, so we had to go inside first and push the button to open the garage door. Then the car could come in. The room was great for our trip. Close to downtown.
We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this property! The management company was very attentive and accommodating. We loved the location - walking distance to everything. Property itself had plenty of room for our family of 4. Very comfy!
What a great place to stay in the summer. Four adults and two grand kids, easy walk to main street, plus you can even walk to a a couple trails. Condo could stand some upgrades but it was no big deal. I can only imagine the indoor parking would be a big bonus in the winter...summer not so much. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

My family of four (two adults/two kids) stayed here for four days in July. The condo was perfect! We hiked up the mountain behind the condo, played at the school playground next door, and walked to Main Street everyday for meals and shopping. The condo is in a very accessible location to lots of activities within walking distance. We took advantage of the TV's in every room and made use of the fully equipped kitchen. We can't wait to go back to visit Breckenridge in the winter and will definitely stay here again!!
I stayed here with some girlfriends when I visited my friends in Denver and we made a girls' trip to Breckenridge. This condo was perfect for the 3 of us and 2 toddler boys. Instructions to check in and get the keys were simple and clear. Directions were simple to follow and there was lots of parking. The condo is spacious and clean, equipped with all the supplies for a comfortable stay. I especially liked the toiletries, the products smelled real nice. We will definitely be back and stay here again with my own family next time we return...hopefully in the winter to get a different experience.
The condo was well appointed with everything we needed. The location was great we could walk everywhere from our condo. It was clean and nice and even had a few board games for us to play in the evening. The kids loved the tv's in every room too plus the internet connection was great too. I would rate this condo a 5 star and will definitely be staying there again.
We had a great time. The accommodations were very nice. There was a problem with the internet the first day, but the management was very prompt in getting it resolved and communicating with us. :) The pull up "on" and push down "off" positions on the sink faucet in the hall bathroom is very tight. The water is either on full blast or off. Not to serious in the whole scheme of things, but a little annoying when you go to get a drink of water in the middle of the night. :- It is nice that the property listed no stairs. We were looking for main floor accommodations. Thank you for all the clean towels, equipped kitchen, and clean condo.
Clean and comfortable. Nothing but positive thoughts in regards to management services, location, and condo itself. Would have no problem in rebooking here again. Walking distance to brewery always a plus
Awesome condo with so many amenities! Where to begin...fully equipped kitchen, modern appliances and all the comforts of home and then some. Two coffee makers so we could do a decaf and regular. Comfortable beds and sofa, nice view of the park from the living room. Very nice homey feeling throughout. Very clean too. Convenience of walking right outside the door to catch the shuttle was a big plus. Also the fact that this unit is located on the main floor so no walking up stairs which helps a lot after spending a day on the mountain. Parking is under the building so no scraping snow. Laundromat is just one flight down and never had a problem with it being busy. There are so many amazing restaurants and shops all within walking distance, loved Mountain Flying Fish and the pizza place, as well as Empire Burger...yum! Also there's a small but well stocked grocery store down the street. This place is perfect! We loved it and will be back!
This condo was perfect for our stay in Breckenridge. The location is excellent – only a short 10 minute walk to everything we needed, including shopping, restaurants, grocery store and the Quicksilver chairlift at Breckenridge. There is a staircase pass through from Ridge Street to La Cima Mall which makes access easy. We were also able to catch the free shuttle which stops in both directions right in front of the building to access either the gondola or Beaver Run chair. We liked being in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything we wanted to do. We were also very happy with underground parking in the building. The condo unit itself was very clean and comfortable. Being on the first floor, it is easy to access without climbing stairs. We liked the flat screen TV’s in the living room and master bedroom. The rooms are spacious with ample closet and dresser space. We also enjoyed looking from the back porch to Carter Park. The kitchen was well outfitted and had everything we needed for meal preparation.
Great place to stay with friends, easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping, free shuttle right in front to slopes. Condo is comfortable and clean, with all the amenities plus fireplace and ground floor access. Nice!
