Experience was more than we could’ve ever imagined! Gorgeous house and scenery!
Very nicely furnished home right on the river. Easy access to town and hiking/biking trails. First time we have rented from Pinnacle Lodging and was very impressed with their communication, efficiency, and management. We had a blind that would not function and they repaired it immediately. Really enjoyed the home and the only thing we wished we would have had is a garage remote to open the garage doors instead of having to put in the code to get in and out every time....tho this is very minor. This is the 2nd 4th of July we've stayed here. The river behind can be heard inside the house when the windows are open - it's great! The hot tub is under the stars and close to the house - very nice! My kids walked to town from the house one day, but usually we drove. Heres a tip - park at the parking lot on French Street between Lincoln and Washington. It's free, never full and two blocks from everything downtown has to offer. There's a paved path behind the house for bicycles that leads downtown, but we never used it. The house is in good shape, everything worked and it was well stocked. 11 of us were very comfortable.
Beautifully appointed home; clean and well-maintained. Walk to Free Ride was a bit much. While "open plan" on main level, the layout with kitchen in middle was not conducive for everyone to gather and lounge. Couches were comfortable, but the pull-out sleepers were NOT. Definitely need more small trash cans in/around the interior. Having a slow cooker was nice, but more or larger frying pans would be very helpful. Also, storage containers. We rented for 10 days and cooked in a lot, but it was difficult. Basic/start-up amenities were fine. We had to leave a bunch of basic cooking supplies, i.e. olive oil, hot sauce, ketchup, seasonings, etc. Maybe put a date label on them and leave for next renters instead of everyone having to buy new stuff each time. Hot tub with view of mountains was awesome! Ski storage in garage was great! All the large screen TV's were great! ResponseThank you for taking the time to review Aspen Point. The location was nice, close to so many attractions.
The house was just perfect! We arrived in the evening after a long haul flight and were really pleased with what we arrived to. The pictures on the website did not do the views justice from the lounge and master bedroom as they were absolutely stunning. The description was accurate and the house was spotless. We spent Christmas and New Year here and it was a very special holiday. The skiing was obviously great but we didn't go skiing for a few days as it was just so nice spending time in the house. We had a couple of things that needed sorting out - only minor things like getting missing equipment - and Pinnacle Lodging were superb and sorted everything really promptly. We loved our holiday and really didn't want to leave. Would definitely recommend and hope to return soon.
I owned property in Breckenridge many years ago and made the mistake of letting it go. It has always been my dream to have another mountain home ever since. I fell in love with this home on Sheppard Circle the moment I walked in and I'm very proud to be the new owner. You will never forget hte stunning views overlooking the infamous Breckenridge Mountain ski area and the peaceful sound of the flowing river that both can be experieced from most rooms. This spacious house provides plenty of room to make everlasting memories with family and friends. Private hot tub to relax after hiking or skiing.
