Perfect Location, Space & Amenities!

Property is as described. Upon arrival the home was clean and fully equipped with everything for our stay. We did have some lights not working downstairs due to a fuse but when I contacted the property they quickly sent someone right out to fix it! Communication could not have been easier when I also had questions about parking off site. Although we stayed in the summer when there is typically no AC in Breck homes, the amount of windows allowed for cool evenings and lots of fresh mountain air. Nice easy walk into town. I am saving this gem as a favorite!

Beautiful Mountain Home

This property was comfortable, spacious, clean and in the heart of Breck. We enjoyed walking to town, trails, parks, etc. Everything we needed was available in the home.

Great location, great house

Great location close to city shuttle, overall a great house, enjoyed the hot tub, a more comfortable couch would be a great addition, also the sleeper sofa on bottom floor was not used due to not being comfortable, have decided that in future will not count sleeper sofa as bed, that goes for anywhere, house was well equipped otherwise.Manager ResponseThank you for providing your feedback on the home! Just right

We enjoyed our stay more than we expected. I did read the comment about not enough seating and found a table leaf in the hall closet. Using the two barstools and the four chairs we were able to have all 6 of us sit down to eat together. The front porch was nice, within walking distance from the grocery store and walkable to downtown. We will stay here again.

Great location, good facilities, nice linen and comfortable bedding

The major issue we had at the property as the limited seating available for a property that can accommodate upto 8 guests, The 4 piece dining did not allow for all us (6 pax) to sit together for a family meal, also the 3 seater lounge and 1 single lounge chair was not adequate fro 6 guest. After a long day of skiing you either had to sit on the floor or sit in the dining chair which was not that comfortable for relaxing.

Beautiful Home. Walk to Everything!

The Apres Chalet home is absolutely beautiful. The living room area was perfect for our group of six to hangout, visit, and cook. All of the beds were absolute clouds and everyone slept so very well! The house is very centrally located making walking to dinner or to shop or to the mountain very easy. The house was very clean and prepped for our arrival -- it was even ready a few hours early! The management company does a great job of communicating and being accessible for questions or recommendations. We would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone!

Apres Ski

This property worked perfectly for our needs. It was extremely well-located and outfitted. Clean and tidy and everything was operational. The Pinnacle managers are pros who kept us current with respect to neighbourhood happenings (this was critical because there was a bike race and, as a result, a number of the streets in Breck were closed on the day we arrived).

Great location!

My family had a great time in Breckenridge. Our only issue was with the limited parking. Otherwise, the house is in a superb location, a block from the city park and sledding hill, across the street from the free ski shuttle and two blocks from the downtown restaurants, grocery store and shops. The house easily accommodated our group of eight. Bathroom and kitchen basics were supplied. We look forward to staying again!

Excellent Vacation Retreat in Breckenridge…Year Around!

Apres Chalet is a wonderfully thought out vacation rental opportunity. Each [needed] sundry item was carefully anticipated from hot tub towels, bathing items, cooking utensils and modern electronics. Located on the FREE RIDE route, ONE BLOCK from grocery and TWO BLOCKS to MAIN STREET/Lifts, this residence is tucked away on a quiet end street. The hot tub was perfect, bedding was comfortable and each room was spaced well for peaceful sleep. No matter how much we searched, this home met all criteria for a PERFECT SKI VACATION! Highly recommended and would book again whenever in Breck. Treat yourself..., well worth the money.

Perfect Location and Layout for Multi- Family Vacation

Whether you are visiting Breck to enjoy skiing/snowboarding or you prefer shopping, spas, and eating, this is the ideal location. The bus stop for mountain access is literally in front of the house and the grocery and liquor store are one block away. We rented a vehicle in Denver, drove to the house and never drove again until we were headed back to Denver. The house itself has all the comforts of home and the floor plan is very nice for privacy if traveling with a large family or multiple families. There is a bedroom with connected bathroom on all three floors. The hot tub was nice to enjoy although not a ton of privacy. The only recommendation would be to add more comfortable seating on the main floor so that a larger group can sit and enjoy a movie together in the evenings. All in all, one of the nicer homes we've stayed in on vacation and by far the nicest one we've stayed in while in Breck (which we visit frequently).

Apres Chalet was a dream come true. Loved the convenience, comfort, appointments, and location.

LOCATION nothing short of PERFECT. The home is conveniently located one block from grocery store, two off S. Main Street and 4 from the Quicksilver lift (free ride shuttle right outside front door). Interior of home was updated & well thought out. Bluetooth speaker in great room, very comfortable beds, spare heaters (though they weren't needed). Kitchen was great to cook in. Flatscreen tv was state of the art. Modern rustic cabin with GORGEOUS ceilings in great room and upper bedroom - seriously. W/D, hot tub and all appliances functioned flawlessly. Home was very neat, clean, well maintained and ready on time. Off-street parking was a plus. Plenty of spare linens and dinnerware. Some of THE best sleep ever. Definitely recommended and would book again on the next Breck vacation!!

Perfect Location for Summer

Location in Historic District - 2 nicks from Main St shops & restaurants & river. Beautiful view from rockers on front porch. By school and Carter Park- great if your kids like play grounds. If you need black out shades to sleep, there is a high window with no curtain....if you like natural light, this is a good fit

Perfect home base

When we were looking for a place to stay in Breck we wanted something that was close to town, easy to get to the slopes, had wi-fi, a fireplace, a hottub, and a usable kitchen. The Apres Chalet was perfect. There were 8 adults (only one couple) and we found the house to be spacious enough for us. We would have liked some additional comfy seating in the living room for watching a movie, but we made due with the dining chairs. The location was perfect - a 2 block walk to town, 1 block from the grocery and liquor store, and directly in front of the bus stop for the free bus to the slopes. We all loved the reclaimed wood ceilings - very cool. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit breck!

Great Location!!

We stayed at the Apres Chalet this past fall on a weekend getaway from Denver. We loved the proximity to the town and the overall charm. It's a great spot for kids with the playground nearby as well! We will definitely be recommending this rental to friends and family!!

AMENITIES – This three-bedroom home provides guests with excellent amenities throughout. The chef of the group can prepare dinner in the kitchen while others can cozy up to the fireplace or large flat screen TV in the living room close by. There is plenty of privacy in the lower level bedroom where you can relax and watch a movie on the flat screen TV in the living area or get to bed early in the captain’s bunk and sleeper sofa.
