The property is not a four or five star, but if you are looking for a large condo for a single family or a group of friends at a very economic price this place is perfect, across the street from the lift and you ski right into the froperty from the four o'clock run. For us it was the perfect vacation place. It also comes stocked with fire wood wich was very nice.Very convenient if you want to spend the day on the mountain.
Our family was is 'High Heaven' thanks to VisitBreck.com! The condo at Four O'Clock Lodge was very clean and very well stocked with all of the essential items that we needed for the entire week of our stay. After a day of skiing on the mountain, we were delighted to be able to ski right into our condo and settle into the comfortable warmth of our condo, which we quickly dubbed our 'home for the week'. Breckenridge has so many shops and restaurants that kept us busy after the lifts closed, we quickly realized that we could have easily stayed for another week. Thanks so much for the superb service (and the free movie rentals each night)! The home, as well as the location (less than half a block's walk to the nearest lift) was perfect. We will certainly come back!
Location is excellent. Only 50 yards from the Snowflake lift. The accommodation is nice. Folks at the arm checkin and checkoout are very nice and helpful. They deserve a raise.
Nice condo close to everthing. We enjoyed our staff over memorial day weekend.
We had a great family vacation in Breck. We were only sad it had to end. The condo was very nice. All finishes were updated and the location was perfect. We could walk nearly everywhere we needed to go. Hope to be back again soon.

This is a very nice and fully updated unit. It's very clean and comfortable and we would definitely consider it again for our next trip to Breck.
The condo is very nice. Having 2 bathrooms is great, and the space is very nice. Five minute walk to the middle of everything in town.
Stayed here before Thanksgiving. Everything from check-in to check-out was great. The rental was extremely modern and newly remodeled. The price was an absolute steal for 3 nights and it was very close to downtown Breckenridge as well as the slopes. Entertainment system was the best I've seen. Plenty of firewood too.
The condo was in great condition and the remodels are excellent. It is right next to a stream, so you get to listen to the water all night which was a real plus for us. It's about a 8 min walk to Main Street, so it is close to all of the restaurants and stores without needing to drive.
My husband and I stayed at this Condo for 6 nights. We were extremely happy with everything. When we first arrived the internet wasn't working. We called and within an hour we were able to get a 3G/4G/LTE portable router which was great. The place was spacious with a high end feel. The kitchen was mostly well equipped. We have stayed in many 'rent-by-owner' places in the past. The location was fantastic. We walked to Main Street every evening for a nice dinner and a couple of pints. Lots of choices. Overall, we really enjoyed staying here. Thanks for the Fantastic accomodation!

This unit was clean and well cared for. Contained all necessary kitchen ware and bathroom items. Unit requires climbing to the 3rd level of the building which can be a considertation. Unit faces the street but neighborhood was quiet, very convenient to Snowflake lift (3 minute walk) and ski back via 4 O'clock run. Easy walk to downtown, also on bus route. Beds were comfortable. 2nd level of unit requires climbing tight spiral stairs, difficult to do with luggage. Two bathrooms reduces conflicts, worth paying for. WIFI connection was adequate. Appreciated the large entry hall for skis and boots, etc. Meals were taken around the large island in kitchen, seated on stools, no formal dining area. Fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator allowed us to prepare all our own meals, including lunches for ski outings, a definite cost saver. Grocery shopping done at City Market, recommended for its wide variety of food choices.
We enjoy the 4 OClock Lodge and have stayed there for the past 3 years. This ski in unit is perfect for grabbing lunch. A close walk to the lift and downtown. The condo is perfect for the parents room downstairs and the kids have the entire loft with beds and bathroom. The kitchen island was great for cooking and eating at.
Loved the condo at 4 o'clock. Very spacious and comfortable for our vacation. Modern amenities and beautiful views. Can't wait to come back again.
The condo was very nice, bright and cozy. Spacious kitchen, cozy living room with fireplace. Both bathrooms are nicely decorated and modern. Unit is on top floor, so it starts your day with a good work out by climbing up and down many steps. Can be challenging in ski boots. Master bedroom is nice and spacious with Queen size bed. Bed is comfortable. Loft on upper floor is challenging when traveling with small children. Spiral staircase is narrow and is not ideal for small children or adults who had too much wine. Staircase is so narrow, that it is challenging to his up big suitcases. Not a lot of room upstairs to sleep 4 adults due to low ceiling. Felt a bit cramped to sleep under low ceilings. However, loft would be perfect for families with teenagers as they probably feel like living in a treehouse. Very quiet unit, even though it is facing street. Walk to lift is very short (3-4 minutes) and is not hard. Walk to downtown possible or good transport by bus.
A beautiful sunny condo, right on the four o'clock run was great for easy access to slopes and a mid-day rest or end of the day run. The loft area was perfect for the boys to spread out and they had their own bathroom with shower. The layout of the condo was perfect for us.
We had a great time during July in this condo. Since there is not any air conditioning in any of the houses in Breck we kept the windows open in the afternoon/night. There is a stream that runs right behind this condo so it was so peaceful to listen to it as we fell asleep at night. Everything that you want to do in Breck is within walking distance from this condo (downtown, pool/hot tub and the liquor store ;)). The loft was perfect for our 6 year old and she loved going up and down the spiral staircase a million times. The ceiling height above the beds in the loft is low but as long as an adult doesn't sit straight up in bed it won't be a problem. The windows in the kitchen/living room have a nice view and provide some good people watching. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, sheets were soft and towels were fluffy. Overall a perfect condo!
We enjoyed a perfect Thanksgiving family vacation. Amenities were very nice, clean-exactly what we had hoped for. I truly didn't want to leave! Highly recommended and I look forward to returning again!
4 O'Clock lodge was perfect for a few days of work around town, and would be great for skiing & riding. It's located basically on the mountain but still close enough to town to get most places in a few minutes walking or driving. Don't let the hike to the top floor deter you, it is well worth the style of the open floor plan with floor-to-ceiling windows and deck. The unit must have been remodeled recently with a modern clean yet cozy living room, and one of the best gas fireplaces I've sat around. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the whole experience was nothing but positive.
