LOCATION – Located in a quiet residential neighborhood atop Baldy Mountain, you will find the perfect spot to relax and unwind with endless activities right outside your door. With easy access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort and cross-country, hiking and biking trails right out the door, this is the perfect property any time of year.

AMENITIES – 10 Southface sleeps up to ten guests and offers four bedrooms including a main floor master king bedroom and three additional bedrooms in the lower level. There is plenty of space to relax in with two living and family rooms with fireplaces, and an updated kitchen and baths. Relax in the hot tub with its stellar views and then take a steam shower to further unwind after a day full of activity. This home has a wonderful peaceful Zen feeling; come home, sit on your deck, and enjoy the best that Breckenridge has to offer.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:
• Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues)
• Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap)
• Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry)

Special Notes:
• Parking – 2 garage spaces, 2 outdoor spaces – 4 spaces total

• AWD/4WD Vehicle highly recommended between November 1st & May 31st

The mountain view from the home was unbelievable. The home was gorgeous and very clean. It was also well appointed and kitchen had everything we needed. The house was very spacious. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Breckenridge as I can’t imagine a better place to stay.

Great mountain getaway. We had 11 people and enjoyed our stay at the property. The property is close to all activities and we even got away to Lake Dillon for a boat ride. All necessary amenities were included and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks!!

The pictures of this home don’t do it justice. The property has stunning views and the home itself is even nicer than pictures. The communication by the host was always prompt and helpful. I would stay here again in the future!

We had a great time hanging out with our family at 10 Southface. The views were amazing. Our elevation was about 10,500. You could see the slopes of Breckinridge. A short drive to the parking lots of Breck. Some of us skied while the others enjoyed the amenities of 10 Southface. The hot tub was a bonus after skiing. Also, we saw several foxes, silver and red. Beautiful country and beautiful home. Thank you so much for sharing. We will definitely be back.

Our family of 6 enjoyed Christmas and New Years in this perfect home! The views were exceptional, the house had everything we needed, the beds were so comfortable and the hot tub was the cherry on top! The management team was very responsive and we highly recommend this property!
