Great family vacation!

This house is amazing! The kitchen has great appliances. It accommodates lots of cooks in the kitchen. Beautiful decks with an incredible view. Great family room where we could all gather. Would use this house again in a heartbeat. Thanks!

Family summer vacation

The place was beyond expectations, clean and spacious. Views were amazing. And even had snow flurries for a summer vacation. House was perfect for the amount of people we had and everyone had a bed. Would rent again. You responded We are so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay, the views are incredible from this home! The snow flurries in the summer were a great touch to a mountain vacation, we hope to see you again soon!

Amazing House with breathtaking views, was perfect for my group of 11.

I was beyond happy with my stay. I was very impressed with the amazing communication I received from the property management who were very welcoming and helpful. The house itself was even better than the pictures, came stocked with all we could need (towels, kitchen items, etc.). The property is in an amazing location very close to the Breckenridge slopes and main street. You can't beat waking up every morning to the views of the mountains and relaxing in the evening with the therapeutic hot tub.

Beautiful property with a great view

We loved this property! The kitchen was fully stocked, including a generous selection of spices. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for 8 adults and 4 kids. The hot tub was incredible after a long day of freezing on the mountain, and the kids loved the large projection screen to play video games on in the basement while the adults mingled upstairs. I give this property 4 out of 5 stars because although the property was amazing, the cleaning lacked certain details, especially with the overhead. The hot tub was also not turned on when we first got there, so we did not have use for it in the first night. Minus those two small issues, we loved this property and would come again!

Nice house!

Great hot tub and rooms! Loved being tucked away in the mountains with lots of privacy! The kitchen island was not my favorite. The coating made us feel like we were going to rip it or tear it on accident. There was also no ice maker so we had to stay on top of filling the trays.

Great view!!

We had a fabulous time at the house. We love the open plan of the kitchen and living room. The multiple level decks made it so easy to enjoy the Mountain View.

A spectacular panoramic view and comfort galore

We loved staying at No 10 Southface! The view from the living room was a spectacular panorama of mountains. The view, a blazing fire and a spacious sectional sofa made the living room ideal for relaxing. The kitchen had everything a cook would want and was easy for entertaining a large group. The out door hot tub was new, very easy to use and most welcome after a day of skiing!. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. We like hiking and there were great trails walking distance from the house. The house was extremely comfortable for our group of 8 adults and there was room for 4 more people. We would certainly stay here again!

Great location and comfortable home

We had 3 families staying for a ski week. House was great. Very roomy. All beds were comfortable. Short walk to catch the shuttle to town and ski area. And it had great views. Highly recommend this home.

Beautiful place, attentive managers

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We use VRBO often because we have a large family and prefer to eat at home. This home had the most well stocked kitchen we have ever used in a rental. We had a hot tub malfunctions, and the Pinnacle staff was very prompt at responding. The view was incredible. We hope to stay again.

Great House!

The house comfortably fit our family of 8. It was very clean and had a breathtaking view! The amenities and games were fun for all ages. Couldn't have asked for a better house!
